摘　　要：参照依赖是指个体基于某一参照点对得失进行价值判断:参照点之上个体感受为收益,反之即为损失。参照依赖现象广泛存在于社会生活的各种领域。参照依赖的影响因素主要包括经验、情绪状态、文化和目标的特点等。在现实社会中所面对的事物复杂多样,人们的理性很难对自己所观察到的事物有效归纳,只有认识这些非理性决策的特点和规律,才能因势利导,善为其用,从而对人们的行为选择作出合理解释。Reference dependence refers to a reference point on the gain and loss of value judgment based on refer- ence points：individual experience for profit, otherwise they are loss. Reference dependent phenomenon widely exists in the social life of various fields. Reference factor dependent effects include experience, emotional state, culture and characteristics of the target. Because of facing complicated things in the real world, it is difficult for people to reason their observed things affairs in effect. We must recognize the characteristics and laws of irrational decisions, take ad- vantage of them, thus we can make a reasonable explanation for people＇s behaviors ana choice.
