陕西省民间投资发展现状及其对策分析

摘　　要：民间投资在我国经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前我省民间投资的总量发展迅速,但仍存在规模偏小、比重偏小、方向单一、渠道不够通畅、政策缺乏落实等问题。为了保证民间投资的良性发展,要正确处理好政府投资和民间投资的关系,完善相关政策,创造适宜的投资环境,拓宽民间投资的领域,拓展和规范融资方式,并培养专门人才,提升民间投资者的素质。Private investment plays an increasingly important role in economic development of the whole country and different regions .At present the amount of private investment in our province has developed rapidly , however , there still have some problems , like the small scale and proportion , the single direction , the unsmooth channel and the lack of implementation of policy .To ensure the healthy development of private investment , we have to correctly deal with the relationship between government investment and private investment , perfect the relevant policy to cre-ate appropriate investment environment , widen the fields of private investment , expand and standardize the finan-cing way , cultivate specialized personnel to improve the quality of private investors .
