摘 要:随着城市化快速推进,我国许多城市水问题频发,城、水矛盾严重影响着城市的可持续发展。本文首先梳理当前我国与水相关的规划管理现状,然后分析城市水适应空间规划的内涵,并从尊重水系统自然性的角度,总结发达国家水系统空间规划设计的新理念和新思路。在此基础上提出在我国城乡空间规划体系中,通过从战略引导和实施操作两个层面引入水适应性理念,构建一体化空间规划体系框架,使城、水关系完美融合。Due to the rapid urbanization, many cities in China have suffered serious water problems, which in turn become major obstacles to sustainable urban development. The current situation of water-related planning and management in China is ifrstly summarized. Then the connotation of adaptive water spatial planning in urban is analyzed. From the perspective of respect for natural water system, this paper systematically summarizes the new concepts and new thinking of spatial planning and design on water systems in the developed countries. Finally, the framework of integrated spatial planning system is put forward, which involves the strategic level and local implementation level by the concept of water adaptive city. The purpose is to make a coherent relationship between water and city in order to mitigate or eradicate the water problems in the urban areas.
