摘　　要：在现代议会制民主国家中,像日本自民党这样能够占据绝大多数执政时间并带领它的国家跻身发达国家行列的政党尚为数不多,这在一定程度上与自民党的政党自律密不可分。首先,日本式集团主义、等级观念和"间人主义"的政治文化,培育了自民党的政党自律意识。其次,自民党通过一些正式的和非正式的组织结构,在保持自身纪律性、提高政治统合能力的同时实现了某种自律。再次,在政策制定和利益诱导等政策过程中,自民党建立了其自律机制。同时,本文还强调,日本自民党增强党内自律的精神因素在国际政治中强化了一种狭隘的国家主义,为地区和国际和平带来威胁。In modern parliamentary democracy countries, there are few political parties like Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party （LDP） who can occupy the most of ruling time and can also make its country edged into the ranks of developed countries. The fact may be inseparable from the self-discipline of LDP to a certain extent. Firstly, Japan’s political culture including corporatism, hierarchy and“non-individualism”plays a key role in cultivating the self-discipline consciousness of LDP. Secondly, through some of its formal and informal organizations, the LDP actualizes self-discipline in the process of maintaining self-discipline and enhancing political coherence. Thirdly, LDP establishes a kind of self-discipline mechanism in the process of policy-making and interests-induction. At the same time, the paper also emphasizes that some of spiritual factors which are created to strengthen self-discipline by LDP also reinforce narrow nationalism in international politics which poses a threat to regional and international peace.
