摘　　要：由于政府投入的不足,公共艺术文化活动常常在资金、场所、设施等方面面临诸多困境。日本企业mecenat协议会将致力于公共艺术文化的企业界人士组织起来,通过捐赠等方面,有力地支持了日本公共艺术文化活动的开展,充分体现了经济与文化的有效融合。其组织形态、运营模式对中国的文化体制改革、公共艺术文化赞助机制的形成都具有一定的启示。Public art and cultural activities often face many difficulties in funding, venues, facilities and etc. for the lack of government investment. Japanese Association for Corporate Support of the Arts will be committed to organize public art and culture staff in enterprise circles and strongly support the Japanese public art and cultural activities by donations, which fully embodies the effective integration between economy and culture. This form of organization, operation mode has certain enlightenment to China＆#39;s reform of the cultural system of public art and cultural sponsorship mechanism.
