The objective was to analysis the correlation between the expression profile of Urine cell-free miRNAs (UCF- miRNAs) and the trainability of athletic ability, and to build the model of UCF-miRNAs expressing pattern reflecting the trainability of aerobic athletic ability. 92 male athletes were engaged in a 15-week aerobic training, and the maximal oxy- gen uptake (VO2max) before and after the training were measured, and then correlated to the characters of UCF-miR- NAs' Differential Expression Profile which extracted and analyzed stimutaneously. 16 UCF-miRNAs, which were known as closely related to exercise adoption, and their expressing pattern were extracted, validated, and confirmed to constitute the differential expression profile of HR group is characteristic of higher growth ratio of VO2max, and whose Differential Expression Profile coincided with the positive characters of exercise adaption. UCF-miRNAs' Differential Expression Pro- file was closely related to the trainability of aerobic athletic ability, which could be used as a method to forecast the poten- tial of aerobic athletic ability, to value the effect of training, and to diagnose sport hurts, early and accurately.
