台湾社会治安管理法律机制探析

摘　　要：整体上而言,台湾社会治安良好,从制度建设上考察,台湾社会治安管理非常注重法治建设,其社会治安管理的组织与运营有健全的法规体系作为保障。维护社会秩序稳定是警察的首要任务,台湾警察依法行使职权,尊重人权。除了社会秩序维护法,台湾的治安顾虑人口查访、警察临检、保安处分与更生保护等也是维护其社会稳定的制度保障。台湾在社会治安管理方面积累了许多有益的经验,可供内地借鉴。Taiwan,as a whole,has maintained a good social order.Reviewed from system construction,the public security management of Taiwan attaches great importance to legislation,and there is a sound legal framework that guarantees the organization and operation of public security administration in Taiwan.Maintaining social order stability is the primary task of the police of Taiwan,and they exercise their power according to law and respect for human rights.In addition to the Social Order Maintenance Act,there are also other legal systems to maintain social stability in Taiwan,such as：Security Concerns Population Investigation,Police Checks and Raids,and Security Measures and Rehabilitation Protection.Taiwan has accumulated a lot of valuable experiences on the management of social order,from which the Mainland can learn.
