基于扩展TTF和UTAUT模型的老年用户社会化网络服务采纳行为研究

摘　　要：在技术采纳与使用统一理论(UTAUT)和任务技术匹配理论(TTF)混合分析模型中加入信任感知变量,并运用该模型分析了老年用户持续使用社会网络服务的影响因素。结果表明:技术任务匹配度、行为期望、社会影响、促成因素以及感知信任对老年用户使用社会化网络服务的意图有显著影响,而绩效期望的影响不大。这进一步说明了老年人群对社会化网络服务采购和持续使用行为不仅取取决于对技术的认识度,还取决于任务与技术的匹配度,以及对网络服务的信任度。The trust variable is added to the hybrid model which integrating task / technology fit and the unified theory of acceptance and usage of technology in this paper. This model is designed to explore those factors which influence older users continue to use the social networking services. Result shows that technical tasks matching,behavioral expectations,social impact,facilitating conditions and trust have a significant impaction,but performance expectations has little impaction. In addition,the acceptance behavior not only depends on the awareness of this new technology but also on the degree of matching tasks and technology.
