摘　　要：数字图书馆已经成为一种重要的信息服务机构。为了有效地评价数字图书馆服务,本文从用户角度出发,首先,构建了数字图书馆服务评价指标体系;然后,采用可拓学理论和熵权信息构建了数字图书馆服务评价模型;最后,利用调查问卷的方法对五个高校数字图书馆进行了评价,结果表明本文提出的模型能够满足对数字图书馆服务进行有效评价。Digital libraries have been an important information service. In order to effectively evaluate digital library ser- vices, the paper constructed digital library services evaluation model based on extenics from the user perspective. Firstly, a digi- tal library service evaluation system was constructed; then, service evaluation model was constructed using the extension theory and entropy information a digital library; finally, five universities＇ digital hbraries were evaluated by the questionnaire. The re- sults showed that the proposed model can effectively evaluate the digital library services.
