高校图书馆面向企业技术创新的信息服务研究

摘　　要：企业技术创新是提升企业核心竞争力的关键环节,在技术创新过程中存在大量的信息需求。本文以企业技术创新流程为核心和立足点,探讨高校图书馆为企业技术创新提供信息服务的关键问题。文章主要利用文献调研法、案例研究法和比较研究法,首先对企业技术创新过程和信息需求进行归纳总结,接着立足于企业技术创新过程的信息需求的满足,从资源和能力两方面分析高校图书馆存在的优势和不足。最后对高校图书馆开展企业技术创新信息服务建设提出了一系列建议和措施,包括转变观念、优化资源配置、完善服务流程、与其他图书情报机构的合作等。Technological innovation is the key to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, there is a lot of informa- tion requirements in the process of technological innovation. Based on the enterprise technology innovation process, this paper made a discussion on the key problems of university libraries＇ information service for enterprise technology innovation. Some meth- ods were used such as literature research, case studies and comparative research in the research process. First, the paper stun- mafized the processes of technological innovation and its information requirements. The second, based on enterprise information needs of technology innovation process, the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages existing in university libraries from two aspects of resource and ability. Finally, a series of suggestions and measures of university libraries＇ information service for enterprises＇ technology innovation were put forward, including changing concepts, optimizing resoarces, improving service pro- cesses, in cooperation with other intelligence agencies, and so on.
