摘　　要：文章在阐述数字图书馆资源建设流程的基础上,分析了数字资源建设中可能涉及的相关知识产权风险。为保护知识产权和防范侵权纠纷,本文构建了知识产权风险规避模型,进而保护数字图书馆的合法权益。On the basis of stating the procedure of digital library constructions, this paper analyzed the potential intellectual property risks which refer to the constructions of digital resources. In order to protect the intellectual property rights and avoid the copyright infringement, the author set up the models of the risk aversion of intellectual property rights, and then to protect the leg- el rights and interests of digital library.
