台湾地区馆藏档案在南海问题研究中的应用探析

摘　　要：随着菲律宾"南海仲裁案"、越南"国际仲裁"等南海争端的逐渐升级,我国南海维权压力面临巨大挑战。历史性权利的维护在南海维权斗争中发挥越来越重要的作用。探讨台湾地区馆藏的"中华民国"时期南海档案的重要作用,并分析馆藏档案的分布和类型,借助"档案资源整合查询平台"分析南海档案的搜集与利用,以期从档案应用视角为南海问题的历史依据研究提供支持。认为搜集、整理和利用好留存于台湾地区的"中华民国"时期档案,对于应对当前越南、菲律宾南海问题"司法化"挑战具有十分重要的现实意义。With the escalation of the South China Sea disputes including the Philippines ' arbitration cases and Vietnam's threats,China has been facing with enormous challenges in safeguarding the South China Sea rights.Thus,historical rights play an increasingly important part in the process. This paper discusses the significant role of the South China Sea archives in Taiwan during the period of Republic of China,and analyzes the distribution and types of these archives. In addition,the paper uses ACROSS to illustrate the collection and utilization of the South China Sea archives,aiming to provide support for the studies of South China Sea historical basis. It is believed that collecting,sorting and utilizing archives in Taiwan during the period of Republic of China are of great practical significance for China to tackle the current challenges from the judicialization of the South China Sea disputes with Vietnam and the Philippines.
