摘　　要：临桂词派需要在清词三期及其与浙西词派、常州词派的比较和发展的大背景下定位,也需要在晚清词坛流派纷呈、社团林立的社会时代大环境中定位,立足于临桂词派渊源、命名、领袖、团队、宗旨、纲领及其理论基础等文学流派构成要素的研究,才能认识临桂词派对浙西词派、常州词派的超越和创新,也才能更好理解临桂词派作为文学流派的价值作用,确立其历史地位和现实意义。Linggui Poetic School needs to be defined in comparison with Zhejiang Poetic School and Changzhou Poetic School and under the background of the third period of great development of Qing Dynasty, and also to be defined in the circumstance of the times with different poetic schools and institutions in late Qing Dynasty. Based on the compositions of the literary schools such as origin, name, leadership, team, motif, creed, and theory, can we know that Linggui Poetic School had ex- ceeded Zhejiang and Changzhou schools and had brought forth new innovation. Therefore, we can have a better understanding to the value function, historical position and realistic significance of Ling- gui Poetic School as a literary school.
