摘  要:海岩既是一位成功的作家,也是一位成功的商人,"海岩剧"在国内影视市场傲然屹立了20多年,经久不衰,其成功的原因就在于独特的内容题材和成熟的商业运作。海岩将自己的文学作品以娱乐消费的形式商业化地进行了普及和传播。在如今略显浮躁的消费时代,如此通俗化的商业运作更容易为大众所接受其作品的核心价值。因此,法制文学作品也可借鉴"海岩剧"的商业模式,与影视结合,以娱乐的形式向大众广泛传递法律理念、弘扬法律精神。Hal Yan is not only a successful writer but also a prosperous businessman. The plays written by Hal Yan have been popular for more than 20 years in the domestic film and television mar- ket. Its successful reason lies in the unique content and mature business. Hal Yah commercially popu- larized and spread his own literary works in the form of entertainment and consumption. In today's slightly impetuous era of consumption, the public more easily accepted the core values of the works from such popularized business. Legal literary works can use the business model of Hal Yan, by com- bining with the film and television to transmit legal concept and spirit of the law to the public widely in the form of entertainment.
