雷公藤的毒性及减毒增效方法的研究进展

摘　　要：雷公藤为卫矛科植物,是一种常见的有毒蜜源植物。作为中国传统医学中一种常用中草药,其具有抗炎、免疫抑制等作用,临床广泛用于治疗自身免疫系统疾病。20世纪60年代又将其应用于治疗类风湿性关节炎,因其见效快、疗效确切而备受青睐,并逐渐被西方学者认可,临床应用十分广泛,但时有不良反应发生。近年来,国内外学者对雷公藤做了大量的研究,分析出其毒性成分,并不断探讨使雷公藤制剂减毒增效的方法。该文就雷公藤毒理及减毒方案的研究进展予以综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f.,which belongs to celastraceae,is a common kind of poisonous nectariferous plants. As a kind of commonly used Chinese herbal medicine,it has been widely used to treat autoimmune diseases in clinical due to its effects of anti-inflammatory and immunosuppression. It has been used in treating rheumatoid arthritis since 1960 s because of its rapid,exact curative effect,and then gradually accepted by western scholars,the clinical application of it is very extensive but with occasional adverse reactions. In recent years,a lot of studied on tripterygium wilfordii have been done by scholars worldwide,indicating its toxic ingredients,and constantly exploring the attenuated and synergistic approaches. Here is to make a review of the research progress on the toxicology of tripterygium wilfordii and attenuated solutions in recent years,so as to provide reference for related research.
