摘　　要：人参皂苷Rb1是我国传统中药——人参的主要有效成分之一,属于人参皂苷二醇型,其在中枢神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统以及在抗肿瘤方面都具有显著调节作用。人参皂苷Rb1通过对钙、钾等多种离子通道的影响而起到抗心律失常作用;其可保护心肌细胞因缺血/再灌注或其他化学物质引起的损伤,抑制急性心肌梗死后心室重构,抑制心肌肥大和心室肥厚,保护心脏收缩功能;其可通过刺激内皮细胞依赖的血管舒张,实现降压;此外,其还通过改善血管内皮细胞功能,而对多种心血管疾病(如高血压、冠心病)起到防治作用。Ginsenoside Rb1 is one of the main active ingredients of ginseng,a traditional Chinese medicine. It belongs to the type of ginsenoside glycol. Ginsenoside Rb1 has been proved to have significant improving and regulating effects on central nervous system,cardiovascular system,immune system and anti-tumor activities. Ginsenoside Rb1 has the antiarrhythmic effect through impacting on calcium,potassium and other ion channels. It can protect myocardial cells from ischemia / reperfusion or the damage caused by other chemical substances,it can also suppress ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction and inhibit hypertrophy and ventricular hypertrophy,so as to protect the cardiac systolic function. Besides,it can lower or normalize blood pressure through the stimulation of endothelial dependent vasodilation. In addition,it plays a major role in preventing / treating a variety of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,by improving endothelial cell functions.
