摘  要:纯钛因其良好的生物相容性、耐腐蚀性以及相对低廉的价格而被广泛应用于全冠和固定桥义齿的制作、义齿铸造支架及口腔种植体中。由于钛/瓷间的结合力较传统贵金属的结合力低,因此在临床上常发生崩瓷现象,这限制了纯钛烤瓷修复体在临床上的广泛应用。导致钛/瓷结合力较低的主要原因有:烤瓷烧结时,在高温条件下纯钛表面会生成一层过厚、疏松多孔且粘接力较差的氧化膜;钛/瓷之间的热膨胀系数不匹配所产生的热应力导致钛/瓷结合强度较低。该文以增加钛瓷结合强度的表面改性技术为重点,检索包括钛表面处理方法、表面涂层材料类型、粘结瓷及瓷粉选择等方面国内外相关文献,综述其研究概况。Because of the corrosion resistance,good biocompatibility and relatively low prices,titanium has been widely used in denture production of crowns and fixed bridges,denture casting frame and dental implants. Due to the poor adhesion between titanium and porcelain compared with the traditional precious metals,procelain cracking often occurs in clinical practice that it limits the application of titanium porcelain restorations in clinical. The main reasons for the poor adhesion between titanium and procelain include: when porcelain sintering at high temperatures,a thick,porous and poor adhesive oxide film appeares. The mismatch of thermal expansion coefficients between titanium and porcelain results in the low bonding strength between the two materials. Here is to highlight the surface modification technology that could increase the bonding strength between titanium and procelain,and make a review of relevant literatures that cover the area of titanium surface treatment method,types of surface coating materials,selection of bonding porcelain and ceramic powder,and so on.
