摘　　要：三叶因子家族是一组具有三叶因子结构域的小分子蛋白质,其特异性的合成并分泌表达于胃肠道。三叶因子家族高度保守,同时具有耐热、耐酸和耐酶等特点,在胃肠道的保护及修复过程中具有重要作用。以下就三叶因子的基因与蛋白质结构、组织表达和分布、生理功能和作用机制、三叶因子结合蛋白、调控机制、肿瘤标记物等方面进行综述。The trefoil factor family（ TFF） is a relatively new family of peptides which bear the three-loop trefoil domain. They are mainly synthesised and secreted by mucin secreting epithelial cells lining the gastrointestinal tract. They are highly conserved during evolution and are heat,acid and enzyme resistant. TFF plays a central role in gastrointestinal mucosal defence and repair. This section is mainly about the structure of gene and protein,expression and localization,function and mechanisms of action,interacting proteins,mechanisms of expression regulation,marker of tumor and so on.
