摘  要:基于电力电缆温度在线监测的需求,设计了一种精度高、稳定性好的光纤光栅温度传感器,光栅的波长漂移与温度成线性关系,结合F-P可调滤波器和LabVIEW软件平台搭建光纤光栅温度在线监测系统,系统采用C2H2气体吸收谱作为F-P可调滤波器的实时校正波长,温度传感器的波长解调不受外界温度和压力等环境的影响,通过插值拟合算法实现光纤光栅中心波长的高精度解调,精度可达±5 pm,即测量温度精度为±0.2℃。A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) temperature sensor with high accuracy and high stability was designed based on the requirement of on-line power cable temperature monitoring. The wavelength drift of FBG has a linear relationship with temperature. The on-line FBG temperature monitoring system was built based on Fabry-Perot (F-P) tunable filter and LabVIEW software, in which the absorption spectrum of C2H2 gas is adopted as real time calibration wavelength of the F-P tunable filter. The wavelength demodulation of the temperature sensor is not affected by external temperature and pressure. The interpolation fitting algorithm is used to realize high precision demodulation of FBG center wavelength, whose precision can be up to ±5 pm. It means the accuracy of the detection temperature is ±0.2 ℃.
