摘　　要：草业技术推广机构是开展草地生态保护与建设,推动生态立省战略实施和生态文明先行区建设,促进草地畜牧业可持续发展的关键力量。文章通过深入分析新时期、新形式、新任务下全省草业技术推广体系建设现状,为推进全省草业技术推广体系改革和建设提出政策建议。A grassland technical extension organization is to carry out the grassland ecological protection and construction of grassland. It is to promote in strategic implementation of ＂ Establishing Province by Ecological Way＂ and ecological civilization construction of the first area. It is the key force to promote the sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry. Through deep analysis in the new period, new situation and new task, the paper puts forward to policy suggestions in order to promote the reform and construction of grasslands technology extension system in Qinghal province.
