摘　　要：目的了解急性白血病患儿首次腰椎穿刺期间其父母的真实体验，为制定个体化的护理措施提供理论和实践依据。方法采用现象学研究方法，对20位急性白血病患儿父母进行半结构式访谈，收集资料，以Colaizzi现象学分析方法进行资料分析。结果提炼得出3个主题：心理负担过重；腰椎穿刺相关知识缺乏；需求的多元性。结论首次行腰椎穿刺的白血病患儿父母需要更多关注，护理人员应采取个体化护理措施，真正满足其需求，减轻其心理负荷，从而使患儿更好地配合后续治疗。Objective We aimed to explore the real experience of parents of children with acute leukemia during lumbar puncture, so as to provide the theoretical and practice evidence for development of individualized nursing measures. Methods Twenty parents of children with acute leukemia participated in semi-structured interviews regarding their experience of lumbar puncture. The data were colected and analyzed by the Colaizzi phenomenological methodology. Results Three themes were extracted including heavy psychological burden, lack of related knowledge of lumbar puncture and demand of multipolarity. Conclusions Attention should be paid closely to parents of children with acute leukemia during lumbar puncture. The individualized nursing measures should be taken by medical workers in order to truly meet their needs, make them stay in a good state and cooper-ate with medical workers to complete the treatment of children.
