中文版诺丁汉足部护理评估量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中文版诺丁汉足部护理评估（NAFF）量表在糖尿病足高危患者足部护理行为评价中应用的信效度。方法根据Bradley原则，将NAFF量表汉化为中文版，应用于211例2型糖尿病足高危患者，对足部护理行为得分进行信效度分析。结果量表的Cronbach α系数为0．77，重测信度为0．74；内容效度：条目水平的内容效度指数为0．80～1．00，平均量表水平的内容效度指数为0．96，调整后的Kappa值为0．75～1．00。结论中文版NAFF量表有较好的信度和效度，具有一定的临床应用价值，适合在我国2型糖尿病足高危患者中推广应用。Objective The study aimed to explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Nottingham Assessment of Functional Footcare （NAFF） in investigating the footcare behavior＇s level in patients with high risk of diabetic foot. Methods According to Bradley＇s principle, NAFF was converted into the Chinese version scale, then it was applied to 211 cases of patients with high risk of type 2 diabetic foot, and the reliability and validity of foot care behavior scores were analyzed. Results In the Chinese version scale, the Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.77, test-retest reliability was 0.74. Content validity, I-CVI was 0.80 to 1.00, S-CVI/Ave was 0.96, and the adjusted value of kappa was 0.75 to 1.00. Conclusions The questionnaire has been tested to have good reliability and validity. The NAFF possesses certain value in the clinical application and could be suitable for Chinese patients with high risk of type 2 diabetic foot.
