前列舒康片的药理实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察前列舒康片对大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型及其对一般炎症和疼痛模型的作用。方法去势雄性大鼠皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇0.25mg/kg制备前列腺炎模型,连续给药后观察前列舒康片各组大鼠前列腺脏器指数、前列腺组织匀浆液中炎性细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α的含量以及前列腺组织的病理变化;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型观察其抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体模型观察其镇痛作用。结果前列舒康片可降低前列腺指数,降低前列腺组织中IL-β、TNF-α水平,前列腺的病变程度有不同程度改善;可抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀,减轻大鼠棉球肉芽肿重量;抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应。结论前列舒康片对大鼠实验性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有一定治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Qianlieshukang tablets（ QLSK） on nonbacterial prostatitis and its anti- inflammatory and analgesia activity. Methods Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis model in rats was induced by injection of estradiol benzoate in castrated rats. Effects of QLSK on contents of IL- β、TNF- αin homogenate of prostate tissue and prostate organ index were observed. The anti- inflammatory activity was evaluated by xylene- induced ear edema in mice and cotton acetic acid in mice were tested. Results QLSK obviously lowered the pellet- induced granuloma in rats. Analgesia activitywas induced by contents of IL- β、TNF- αin homogenate of prostate tissue and prostate organ index,inhibited the ear edema in mice and reduced the weight of granulation in rats,decreased the writhing number in mice. Conclusion QLSK has treatment effect on experimental chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
