摘  要:目的建立净厚朴与姜厚朴正丁醇部位HPLC特征图谱。方法通过醇提、水煎煮和去挥发油这3种方法得净厚朴、姜厚朴的正丁醇部位,运用HPLC-DAD法,建立净厚朴与姜厚朴正丁醇部位的特征图谱,并比较3种提取方法所得液相特征图谱。结果净厚朴和姜厚朴的指标性成分厚朴酚与和厚朴酚在特征图谱中定位清晰、稳定,且醇提法能更好地得到有效成分。结论本文所建立的特征图谱方法可靠,可用于鉴别厚朴的真伪,评价厚朴质量的均一性和稳定性。Objective To establish the characteristic spectrum for n- butyl alcohol extraction in Magnolia officinalis and Jiang Magnolia officinalis. Methods Through alcohol extraction,water decoction and removal of the volatile oil that three methods of Magnolia officinalis and Jiang Magnolia officinalis,using the method of HPLC- DAD,establish the characteristic spectrum for n- butyl alcohol extraction in them and compare the three extraction methods from liquid characteristic spectrum. Results The major ingredients magnolol and honokiol in Magnolia officinalis and Jiang Magnoliain officinalis characteristic spectrum location clear,stable,and alcohol extraction canextract more effective components. Conclusion The established method of characteristic spectrum is reliable,and can be used to identify the authenticity of Magnolia and evaluate the quality of its homogeneity and stability.
