肠粘连松解汤配合西药治疗黏连性肠梗阻临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肠粘连松解汤配合医药治疗黏连性肠梗阻的应用效果。方法 90例黏连性肠梗阻患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用肠粘连松解汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠粘连松解汤配合医药治疗在黏连性肠梗阻中的应用效果良好,能快速缓解临床症状,提高疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Changnianliansongjie decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods 90 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given routine western medicine cicada,the treatment group were given Changnianliansongjie decoction based on the control group,clinical curative effect were compared. Results The total effective rate between two groups had statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Changnianliansongjie decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction has good effect,it can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms and improve curative effect.
