摘 要:目的了解武汉市综合医院青年护理人员对多元文化护理知识的认知与需求,为制订教育计划提供依据。方法自行设计护理人员多元文化护理知识认知调查表,采用分层随机法抽取对武汉市6家综合医院不同科室的210名青年护理人员进行多元文化护理认知与需求调查。结果多元文化护理知识总体得分尚可,与优质护理要求有差距。本科与专科护理人员的总体认知水平方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各维度除了价值观及文化背景相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护师与主管护师的认知总分和各维度的得分相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为了满足患者多元化医疗服务的需求,达到优质护理的目标,应加强多元文化的培训。Objective To investigate the cognition and requirement of multiculturalism nursing for the young nurses of Wuhan,so as to provide the bases for the development of education programs. Methods 210 young nurses working in different medical departments from six general hospitals were investigated by using self- designed questionnaires on cognition of multiculturalism nursing and handy sampling. Results The total scores of multiculturalism nursing can be accepted,there had differences in high quality nursing requirements and no statistical significance in general cognition levels of multiculturalism nursing between the nurses with bachelor degree and college degree( P 0.05). All of the aspects of cognition levels of multiculturalism nursing showing no statistical significance except the values and cultural background( P 0. 05); the general and each aspect of cognition levels of multiculturalism nursing between the senior nurses and the supervisor nurses showing no statistical significance( P 0. 05). Conclusions The training on multiculturalism nursing is very important to meet the needs of patients with multicultural medical services and achieve the goal of the excellent nursing care.
