摘　　要：目前骨质疏松症(OP)病情评价的主要指标是骨密度(BMD),但BMD由于灵敏度低及病程中变化缓慢,并不能真实地反映骨质疏松变化,探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶与骨质疏松症的相关性具有重要意义。Currently the main index for evaluation of OP is bone mineral density,but because of the low sensitivity of BMD and the slow changes in disease process,the evaluation cannot truly reflect the changes in OP. Therefore,to explore the correlation of matrix metalloproteinases and osteoporosis is of great significance.
