摘　　要：基于信息资源国家控制力的理论框架,剖析"PM2.5"等类似事件所反应出的信息资源国家控制力弱化、国家"信息边疆"受到侵略的现状;分析造成信息资源国家控制力弱化原因,并探讨了增强信息资源国家控制力的手段,提出增强意识、完善策略、加强立法等具体建议。This paper dissects the weakening of nation control on information resource and the aggressionon＂information frontier＂reflected by＂PM2.5＂and other similar events. It analyses the factor causing theweakening of national control of information resources; and explore the means to enhance nation control ofinformation resources, including raising awareness, improving strategies, strengthening legislation and soon.
