摘　　要：在调研国内外16个代表性区域IR联盟发展现状基础上,比较研究了区域IR联盟建设的运维模式、构建模式和仓储软件选择等关键问题;同时根据IR联盟的运维模式,分析了IR联盟服务系统的具体构建模式和仓储软件的选择策略;提出了我国区域IR联盟的构建路径。Based on the investigation of 16 typical region IR networks abroad, the paper comparativelystudies the key building issues, including operation and maintenance mode, construction mode, and howto choose the repository software, meanwhile analysis the selection strategy of the particular constructionmode and repository software of the IR network service system according to operation and maintenancemode. Finally, the paper proposes building paths of region IR network in our country.
