国内开放科学数据的分布及其特点分析

摘　　要：科学数据是科技创新和国家发展的战略资源,随着信息技术的发展,未来的科学研究将以数据为中心,以数据为驱动。有效利用开放的科学数据将是提高科研效率的重要手段。本文通过访问调查我国开放的科学数据平台,对其进行分类总结,并用知识地图的方法对开放科学数据的分布情况进行可视化表示。进而从其开放的数据资源类型和提供的数据服务两个方面分析其特点。最后,结合目前的互联网环境,提出科学数据开放存取工作的发展趋势及建议。Scientific data are the chief strategic resources for both the technology innovation and nationaldevelopment. With the development of information technology, scientific research will be data-centricand data-driven in the future. The effective use of open scientific data is an important means to improvethe efficiency of scientific research. Through surveying and accessing the domestic open scientific dataplatforms, the author makes a classification and employs knowledge map to represent the distribution ofopen scientific data visually. And the author analyzes the characteristics from the types of data resourcesand the data services. Finally, the author presents the trend and suggestions about open access ofscientific data with the current Internet environment.
