摘　　要：用户需求的多元化和专深化发展趋势使现有单一、分立的信息咨询服务难以适应,而跨系统协同信息咨询能较好的解决此问题。笔者在现有协作式虚拟参考咨询服务的基础上提炼出跨系统协同信息咨询服务模型并从资源协同、调度协同两个角度阐述其功能实现,最后以在线医药信息咨询为例进行了服务的跨系统协同组织和个性化咨询服务拓展。The existing single discrete information consulting services is difficult to adapt to the develop-ment trends of users＇ needs, which is multicultural and professional. But the cross-system collaborationinformation consultation can resolve this issue well. Based on the existing collaborative virtual referenceservice, we refined the model of cross-system collaboration information consulting service and realizedthe function from the perspective of collaborative resource and scheduling. At last, we use the informationconsultation of the pharmaceutical industry as an example to describe the cross-system collaboration con-sulting services organization and expansion.
