中药穴位外敷联合扶正化降汤治疗慢性肾衰竭40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位外敷联合扶正化降汤治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将80例CRF患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规西药治疗,治疗组40例予中药穴位外敷联合扶正化降汤治疗。2组均连续治疗15 d。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分、肾功能指标[血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Cr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24 h尿蛋白定量]变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后临床症状积分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BUN、Cr、Ccr及24 h尿蛋白定量均较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后改善(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位外敷联合扶正化降汤治疗CRF临床疗效显著,有效改善患者肾功能,不良反应少。Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points apply com- bined with Fuzheng Huajiang decoction on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods 80 CRF patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in control group received routine western medicine therapy. 40 patients in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points apply combined with Fuzheng Huajiang decoc- tion. The course was 15 days in two groups. The effect, the changes of clinical symptoms integral, BUN, Cr, Ccr, and 24 h urine protein quantitative before and after treatment were observed in lwo groups. Results There was statistically significant between two groups on the total effective（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The curative effect in treatment group is better than that in the control group. Clinical symptoms integral after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. BUN, Cr, Ccr, and 24 h urine protein quantitative after treatment in the treatment group was improved compared with those before in treatment group and after treatment in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points apply combined with Fuzheng Huajiang decoction on CRF, clini- cal curative effect is distinct, effectively improve patients＇renal function, less adverse reactions, is worthy of populariza- tion and application.
