丹芪养心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭49例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹芪养心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将98例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组49例予常规西药治疗,治疗组49例在对照组治疗基础上加丹芪养心颗粒治疗。2组均治疗3个月,观察2组治疗前后心脏超声心功能指标、明尼苏达生活质量调查评分、心功能疗效、6 min步行试验、血浆N-端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的变化情况。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组心脏超声心功能指标、明尼苏达生活质量调查评分、心功能疗效、6 min步行试验、血浆NT-pro BNP的变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹芪养心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of Danqiyangxin granule on the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 98 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. 49 cases in control group received routine western medicine therapy. 49 patients in treatment group were treated by Danqiyangxin granule on the basis of control group treatment. The course was three months in two groups. Echocardiographic heart function index, the quality of living survey of Minnesota score, the curative effect of cardiac function ,6 minutes walk test, and the change of the plasma NT - proBNP before and after the treatment were observed in two groups. Results Echo- cardiographic heart function index, the quality of living survey of Minnesota score, the curative effect of cardiac func- tion,6 minutes walk test, and the change of the plasma NT - proBNP before and after the treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Danqiyangxin granule has certain curative effect on chronic heart failure.
