摘 要:纯羊毛角蛋白溶液分子量相对较低,形成的膜机械性能较差,易脆断,不宜直接使用,通常需在纯角蛋白溶液中混入增塑性较好的高分子材料,以改善纯羊毛角蛋白膜的脆性和强度低的缺陷。利用还原法制备羊毛角蛋白溶液,并将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液以不同的比率混合,采用铸膜法制备羊毛角蛋白/PVA共混薄膜,探讨了不同共混比例下薄膜的表面形态、强度、结晶等特性。结果显示,聚乙烯醇(PVA)的加入可以有效的改善纯羊毛角蛋白膜的缺点,且5∶5共混膜的各种性能最优。Pure wool keratin solution has relatively low molecular weight, the mechanical properties of the film is poor and brittle, so it can not be directly used. It can improve the defects of the brittleness and low strength, if a good plastic polymer material was mixed with pure wool keratin solution. The wool keratin solution, prepared by reduction method, with the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution was first mixed in different ratios in this paper, then the wool keratin /PVA blend film was prepared through the method of casting, and the properties of the surface morphology, intensity, crystallization characteristics was discussed. The results showed that the addition of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) can effectively improve the defects of pure wool keratin membrane, and the various performances of 5:5 blend film was relatively good.
