摘  要:选用6个冬小麦品种为材料,采用人工气候室盆栽和药隔期低温胁迫的方法,研究药隔期低温对冬小麦生长发育和穗部结实率的影响。结果显示,药隔期-2℃低温胁迫24 h和48 h对小麦的生长状态、结实率及千粒重均有不同程度的影响,低温胁迫24 h大部分品种结实率降低不明显,胁迫48 h降低幅度明显增大,表明-2℃低温胁迫时间越长,小麦受害越重。根据结实率的变化判定,6个品种的耐倒春寒能力表现为济麦22、临麦4号﹥烟农19﹥鲁原502、济南17和周麦18。The pot culture experiment was conducted in the growth chamber to study the influences of low temperature at connectivum stage on growth, development and seed setting percentage of six winter wheat euhivars. The results showed that treating at - 2℃ for 24 and 48 hours at connectivum stage had different in- fluences on the growth morphology, seed setting percentage and thousand kernel weight. The seed setting per- centage of most varieties didn't decrease obviously after 24 hours of low - temperature stress, but decreased obviously after 48 - hour stress, which indicated that the longer the low - temperature stress at - 2 ℃, the more serious the damage to wheat was. According to the variation of seed setting percentage, the spring frost resistances of Jimai 22 and Linmai 4 were better than Yannong 19, and that of Luyuan 502, Jinan 17 and Zhoumai 18 were the worst.
