山东农业科技期刊发展的宏观政策环境探析

摘　　要：数字化技术是当今传媒业先进生产工具的代表。数字化出版客观上要求科技期刊的国际化、精品化、集约化和规模化,而我国科技期刊目前的管理运营体制机制以及由此形成的"小、散、滥"的结构性弊端削弱了科技期刊整体竞争力并成为其进一步提升的主要障碍,编辑部体制改革势在必行。对此,近几年国家陆续出台了一系列推动扶持科技期刊发展的相关政策。山东农业科技期刊必须因势利导、统筹规划,用足用好各项国家政策,才能顺利完成转型并实现跨越式发展。Digitization technique is the advanced tool representative of now media industry. Digital pub- lishing required journal＇s internationalization, fine, intensification and large -scale objectively. But the man- agement mechanisms and constructional abuse of small, scattered and disordered weakened the whole competi- tiveness of Chinese journals, and also became the main obstacles for further improvement. It was necessary to reform the system of editorial staff. In recent years, China had made serials of policies successively to promote the development of sci - tech journals. Shandong agricultural journals must plan as a whole based on the situa- tion and use well the national policies to complete the transformation smoothly and realize leapfrog development.
