摘  要:建立了导线绝缘电阻对电压型和电流型传感变送器测量影响的数学模型,并分别对电压输出型和电流输出型两种输出方式的传感变送器进行分析试验。模型计算和试验结果一致,证明当线间绝缘下降时,电源都会在测量点增加一个附加值,使测量误差增大;如果线间绝缘电阻和内阻是稳定的,可以将测量值减去初值(传感器零输入时)进行修正。最后提出了可能的修正方法及对传感变送器的性能要求。The mathematical model which studies the influences of wire insulation resistance on the measurement data of voltage and current sensors is established, and the outputs of voltage and current sensors are calculated based on the model. The calculation results are consistent with test results, and prove that the power will increase a value at the measurement point and then causes the increase of measurement error, and if the insulation resistance and internal resistance of wire is stable, the measurement data can be corrected by subtracting the initial value (the value when zero sensor input). The possible correction methods for measurement data and the performance requirements on sensors are finally proposed.
