摘  要:针对我国传统砂石骨料加工系统废水处理存在环境污染严重和处理费用高等问题,结合四川某水电站砂石系统生产过程中产生废水的水质特征,设计采用"集水沉淀+预处理+人工沉淀+机械脱水相结合"的处理工艺,其中,集水沉淀为自然沉淀,人工沉淀为混凝沉淀,脱水设备采用陶瓷过滤机。废水处理系统自应用以来,运行正常,各项指标满足行业标准要求,成本较低。简要介绍了废水处理系统的工艺设计和实际应用效果,对水电工程砂石系统废水处理具有借鉴意义。In the light of the defects of the traditional wastewater treatment of aggregate processing system, such as the serious environmental pollution and high cost, by consideration of the water quality characteristics of the wastewater from the production of the aggregate processing, the comprehensive processing solution of catching precipitation plus pretreatment plus artificial pre- cipitation plus mechanical dewatering is put forward, in which, the catching precipitation process is natural precipitation, the ar- tificial precipitation is coagulation sedimentation, and the ceramic filter is applied for dewatering. The wastewater treatment sys- tem has been operated normally with low cost since its application, which meets the industry standard of environmental protection and water recycling. The technical design of wastewater treatment system and the practical application effects are introduced.
