摘 要:以WR-14[乙酰乙酰化改性PVA(聚乙烯醇)]作为保护胶体,制备了耐水PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)乳液,考察了WR-14掺量对PVAc乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:当m(PVA)∶m(VAc)=(7~9)∶100时,相应乳液具有相对最好的储存稳定性;乳液黏度随PVA掺量增加而提高,并且WR-14与其他适宜类型的PVA复配使用后,能有效调节乳液的黏度;聚合过程中乳液粒径从200 nm左右增至1 400 nm左右,WR-14能有效降低PVAc胶膜的吸水率;PVAc胶接件经常温水浸泡4 d、沸水蒸煮6 h后的湿态粘接强度均随WR-14掺量增加而增大,并且在m(WR-14)∶m(总PVA)=2∶4时分别为2.8、0.9 MPa。A PVAc (polyvinyl acetate) emulsion with water resistance was prepared by WR- 14[acetyl acetylation modified PVA (polyvinyl alcohol)] as protective colloid, and the influences of WR-14 contents on properties of PVAc emulsion were investigated. The research results showed that the corresponding emulsion has the relatively best storage stability when mass fraction of m (PVA) : m (VAc) was (7- 9) : 100. The emulsion viscosity was increased with increasing PVA contents, and the blend between WR-14 and other suitable types PVA could effectively regulate the emulsion viscosity. The emulsion particle sizes in polymerization process were increased from about 200 nm to about 1 400 nm, and W-R-14 could effectively reduce the water absorption of PVAc film. The wet bonding strengths of PVAc glued joints, which were treated by 4 d in water(room temperature) or 6 h in boiling water, were increased with increasing WR-.14 contents, and both were 2.8,0.9 MPa respectively when mass ratio of m(WR-14) :re(total PVA) was 2:4.
