高血压患者抵抗素与左室肥厚的相关性

摘　　要：目的:观察高血压患者血清抵抗素水平与左室结构指数的变化,探讨高血压患者抵抗素对左室肥厚的影响。方法:选择原发性高血压患者135例,均在入选后进行身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压测定、常规心脏超声检查及空腹血糖、血脂、血清抵抗素检测。按心脏超声结果将高血压患者分为单纯高血压组和左室肥厚组,并对两组左室结构指标与血清抵抗素的变化进行比较。结果:高血压左室肥厚组收缩压和血清抵抗素水平较单纯高血压组增高(P<0.05);抵抗素与室间隔、左室后壁、左室质量指数呈正相关(r=0.557、0.615、0.702,P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者血清抵抗素与左室肥厚呈正相关,可能是左室肥厚发生、发展的重要影响因素之一,降低血清抵抗素水平有利于高血压患者左室肥厚的防治。Objective To observe the variation of serum resistin levels in patients with hypertension in order to inverstigate the effect of resistin on left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods Height, body weight, blood pressure, waist circumference, hip circumference, fasting serum glucose, blood lipids, interventricular septum thickness （IVS）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPW）, left ventricular mass index （LVMI）, and serum resistin were measured in 135 patients with hypertension. A total of 135 patients with hypertension were divided into hypertension group （HTN） and hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy group （LVH）. Results Systolic blood pressure and resistin levels were higher in LVH group than in HTN group （P 〈 0.05）. Pearson relation analysis showed that serum resistin levels and IVS, LVPW, and LVMI were positively correlated （r = 0.557, 0.615, and 0.702; P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Serum resistin is positively correlated left ventricular hypertrophy. It may play an important role in development of left ventricular hypertrophy. A decrease in resistin levels is helpful in the prevention and treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy.
