摘 要:由于开关站传统接线模式难以适应城市重要地区的可靠性需求,文中介绍了3种满足"N-2"安全准则的新型开关站接线模式,以及它们在各种状态下的运行方式、开关站供电能力和线型选择的匹配关系、保护配置方案等。然后利用单位负荷最小年费用法对开关站的各种接线模式进行了经济性指标比较。为了精确量化新型接线模式的可靠性优势,提出一种考虑高阶失效事件并计及负荷转移耗时的算法,并应用于可靠性分析。对各模式的负荷转移能力、出线间隔利用率也进行了比较。最后,总结了3种新型接线模式的适用场景。Since the traditional connection mode for switching station cannot adapt to the reliability of core urban areas, in this paper, three new connection modes for switching station that meet N-2 safety criteria, as well as their operation modes in different states, the matching relationship between power supply capacity per station and cable diameter, and the protection configurations, are presented. Then, economy indexes of the connections modes for switching station are compared on the scale of minimum annual fee per unit load. To accurately quantify the reliability advantage of the new connection modes, an algorithm considering multiple outages and load-transfer consuming time is put forward and then applied into reliability analysis. Comparisons of load-transfer capacities and utilization of outgoing line intervals are also conducted. Finally, the best application scenario for each new connection mode is concluded.
