摘　　要：本文旨在定义生物医药产业集群的资源支持力的科学内涵,构建生物医药产业集群资源支持力的评价指标体系,探讨影响生物医药产业集群发展的关键资源。从物质资源、社会资源、服务资源等7个方面构建了生物医药产业集群资源支持力评价指标体系,基于97份有效问卷的专家赋值评分,根据层次分析法设定指标权重。从准则层看,政府政策资源是生物医药产业集群的资源支持力的最大影响因素,而社会资源则相对最弱。此外,区位条件、科技资源和境外资源等因素亦是影响生物医药产业集群的重要资源支持力。The aim of this paper is to define the scientific meaning of resource support for biopharmaceuti cal clusters and construct an evaluation index system of this issue to further explore key resources influencing the development of biopharmaceutical clusters. An evaluation index system was constructed from 7 perspectives, such as material, social, and service resources. And then on the basis of the procedure of assignment and grading for 97 effective questionnaires, experts made weights to items in line with analytical hierarchy process. From criterions, government policies are the most crucial determinant as far as resource support of biopharmaceutical clusters is con cerned, but in comparison, social resources are the weakest influencing factor. Apart from this, location, technolo gy, and overseas resources are also important factors for the development of biopharmaceutical clusters.
