摘　　要：口服结肠定位释药系统因能提高局部给药浓度、降低用药剂量、减少不良反应等优点而备受研究者关注。本文从口服结肠定位系统的设计原理、分类以及体内外评价方法等方面进行综述,为口服结肠定位释药系统的开发和利用提供理论依据。Oral colon specific drug delivery system has gained more attention from investigators in recent years since it can improve local drug concentration and reduce dosage and side effects. The design principle, preparation technology and in vitro/vivo evaluation methods of oral colon specific drug delivery system were summarized in this paper to provide theoretical basis and reference for the development of oral colon specific drug delivery system.
