酪氨酸激酶类抗肿瘤作用靶点的研究进展

摘　　要：酪氨酸激酶作为抗肿瘤靶点研究广泛,效果良好,在抗肿瘤领域具有广阔的应用前景。目前已发现的蛋白酪氨酸激酶包括20余个受体酪氨酸激酶家族和10余个非受体酪氨酸激酶家族,他们与肿瘤的发生和发展关系密切。本文主要根据近3年的文献,结合酪氨酸激酶与肿瘤的关系,对酪氨酸激酶类靶点及其抑制剂的研究进展作一综述。Tyrosine kinases are efficient antitumor targets which are widely researched and have a broad prospect in the antitumor field. Currently, the discovered protein tyrosine kinases include more than 20 members of RTK family and 10 members of NRTK family, and they are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. In this article, combining with the relationship between TK and tumor, we reviewed progress in researches for tyrosine kinases as antitumor targets based on the documents in recently three years.
