摘 要:针对铅锌冶炼企业含镉废水复杂,处理成本高且难以达标排放等问题,综合论述了各种含镉废水处理技术。通过论述及思考,提出合理建议:(1)将含镉量高的废水返回系统利用,可节约废水处理成本,并回收有价金属;(2)采取特殊手段处理废水,如采用重金属捕集剂法、生物制剂法、植物修复法、水淬渣吸附法等方法,具有成本低、效果好等特点;(3)建议政府部门在工业园区内引进废水处理企业,将所有的废水分类汇集,分别进行中和沉淀反应,阴阳离子反应,此方法可大幅度降低废水处理成本、投资建设成本和管理成本。Various kinds of cadmium - bearing waste water treatment technology is discussed comprehensively according to the complexity of cadmium-bearing waste water, high treatment cost and it is difficult to discharge on standard, etc. The reasonable proposals are proposed through discussion and thought: ( 1 ) Cadmium - beating waste water can return back to the system to save the waste water treatment cost, and to recover the valuable metals; (2) The special methods are adopted to handle the waste water, such as heavy metal chelating method, biological preparation method, phytoremediation method, water-quenched slag adsorption method, and so on, all above mentioned method has the low cost, good effect features; (3) It is suggested that the government departments can introduce the wastewater treatment enterprise to the industrial park, so that all kinds of waste water can be collected classified, then do the neutralization and precipi- tation reaction, zwitterion reaction respectively ; this method can reduce greatly the wastewater treatment cost, investment and construction cost and management cost.
