摘  要:以212株8a生"红玉×金冠"杂种实生树的成熟果实为试材,采用原子吸收法测定了果实Ca含量,并初步分析了苹果杂种果实Ca含量的遗传规律。结果表明:杂种群体果实的Ca含量呈非连续性变异,且变异幅度较大,果实Ca含量最高为92.3μg/g,最低为24.7μg/g,平均值为53.4μg/g;果实Ca含量是由2~3对主基因控制的质量性状,低钙对高钙表现为显性,低钙与高钙群体的分离比为7∶1;可以将72.49μg/g作为果实Ca含量的临界值,对苹果果实Ca含量的高低进行评价。Calcium contents of the fruits of 212 hybrid population( Jonathan × Golden Delicious) were investigated by atomic absorption spectrophotometer,in order to study the inheritance of calcium content of apple fruit. The results showed that calcium content in hybrids appeared a wide genetic variation,the largest of it was92. 3 μg / g and the lowest was 24. 7 μg / g,the average was 53. 4 μg / g. Calcium content in hybrids was noncontinuity distribution,and determined by two or three alleles of major genes,and low Ca content is dominant.Calcium contents of hybrid population could divide into a low and a high calcium group,the ratio between these two groups is 7∶ 1,and 72. 49 μg / g could be use as marginal value for evaluation and selection.
