网络政治段子的理论研究——兼谈对青年政治参与的影响

摘　　要：目前随着媒体技术的不断发展与进步,网络成为民众特别是青年获得与传递信息的重要媒介。网络政治段子文化的兴起与繁荣一方面反映了在实现民主化进程中的中国社会政治环境相对宽松,网络传播的受众不但是信息的"生产者",同时也是信息的"消费者",网络政治段子是公民表达政治诉求、评论政治的直通车,有益于推进公民政治参与。公民尤其是发言权较少的青年的利益诉求表达途径有限。网络政治段子作为情绪的宣泄渠道,缓解了社会矛盾冲突。其次,网络政治段子是现代社会大众实现政治互动的好途径。再次,透过网络政治段子能够监测公众对政治事件、政治人物等的看法,有利于掌握和控制舆情。网络它是政府监测公众舆情的放大镜,网络政治段子的负向功能也不容忽视。一是存在着政治传播上的隐患。二是对大众传播行为存在负面影响。片面的想法往往引发阅读者特别是思想活跃的青年群体的极端思维特别值得警惕。网络政治段子在为包括青年在内的全体公民参与政治提供了新的途径和载体的同时,也难免会产生一些消极的影响。Network political jokes＇rise and prosperity reflects the realize the political environment relatively loose in the democratization process of China＇s social, and it is one of the means for citizens to express their political aspirations,which is beneficial to promote eitizen＇s political participation. Secondly, the network political jokes is a good way to modem society to achieve political interaction . Thirdly, it is capable of detecting the public opinion of political events and political figures. However, its negative influence also allows to ignore, one ：there is a hidden trouble in the history of political communication, two： it is to have negative influence in mass communication be- havior. Network political jokes for all citizens to participate in politics provides a new way and , at the same time, also can produce some negative effect.
