摘 要:介绍如何通过布置高效抗侧力体系的方法在较大水平荷载地区进行超高层住宅的结构设计;从三个工程实例出发,详细介绍了三种比较典型的超高层住宅进行结构设计的全过程;包括对结构高宽比、水平荷载、结构体系变形的详细分析比较,提出了通过加强关键位置竖向构件和减小剪力滞后效应形成高效抗侧力体系,实现了以较小代价达到结构需求的抗侧刚度的设计目标,以及结构设计过程中的模型、计算参数处理、构件设计,设计完成之后的经济性、建筑适用性评估等内容,总结出该类型建筑结构的整套设计流程,以期为类似工程设计提供参考。The structural design of ultra-high-rise residential in a large horizontal load region by arranging the high efficient structural lateral resisting system was introduced. Based on three practical projects,the whole procedure of structural design in three kinds of typical ultra-high-rise residential buildings was presented in detail,including the detailed analysis and comparison of structural aspect ratio,horizontal load and structural system deformation. It is pointed out that high efficient structural lateral resisting system can be established by strengthening the vertical components in the key positions and reducing shear-lag effect,realizing the design objective of required lateral stiffness with minimized cost,Combined with the structural design model and calculation parameters processing,components design,and the subsequent assessment of economical efficiency and construction suitability,the entire design process of this type of buildings was summarize in order to provide references for similar projects.
