摘　　要：介绍了中国现行抗震鉴定标准和日本现行的既有钢筋混凝土结构建筑物的抗震鉴定标准,对比分析中国和日本关于中低层钢筋混凝土结构抗震鉴定标准的理念和方法,以期为我国建筑工程抗震鉴定的相关技术人员和研究人员提供借鉴。The Chinese standard for seismic appraisal of building and Japanese standard for seismic appraisal of existing reinforced concrete structure are introduced. The ideas and methods of seismic appraisal for middle or low-rise reinforced concrete structures are compared in this paper. This work can provide a reference to the researchers or technicians of structural seismic appraisal.
