低活性石粉在中低强度混凝土中的应用研究

摘  要:采用大理石粉、花岗岩石粉分别与粉煤灰、矿粉进行复掺,试验研究低活性石粉对中低强度混凝土工作性、强度、收缩的影响,并通过生产中试验证,探索石粉在中低强度混凝土中的应用技术。结果表明掺入低活性石粉有利于改善混凝土工作性;低活性石粉与矿粉复掺配制中低标号混凝土具有较大可行性,石粉掺量宜控制在10%~20%。惰性石粉与粉煤灰复掺,对中低标号混凝土的强度影响较大。In this paper,using inert powder with fly ash,slag,the effects of inert powder were researched on the workability,strength and shrinkage of concrete to explore the application of technology of inert powder in ready mixed concrete. It was showed that inert powder will help to improve the workability of concrete. And inert powder mixed with slab to prepare the low grade concrete was great feasibility. When inert powder content is less than 15% of the cementitious material,inert powder has no obvious effect on the durability and mechanical properties of concrete. Inert powder mixed with fly ash will reduce the low-grade concrete strength.
